Parkour Level 1 Boot Camp Meets Mondays and Wednesdays from 7-8pm and Saturdays from 1-2pm Parkour is the discipline of movement. Learning to move under, over, and through obstacles to hone the body's capacities for movement and physical attributes including-
This 6-week program focuses on a different type of movement and category of obstacle each week-
Building upon, and in combination with one another, these movements form a base from which common obstacles can be conquered in a real-life scenario and allow a student to move on to the more advanced movements and concepts in our second level of bootcamp. The classes will also introduce and implement parkour-specific conditioning drills to support the physical demand of the techniques and supplement the fitness-building aspects of parkour. On top of all this, students will have a blast getting fit and learning useful skills!
Parkour Level 2 Boot Camp Meets Tuesdays and Thurdays from 7-8pm and Saturdays from 1-2pm The Primal Fitness Parkour Level 2 Bootcamp is where your training really takes off! With the foundation built in the Level 1 Bootcamp, the many other dimensions of parkour and the movements therein can be explored. The focus shifts from learning moves to learning the advanced aspects of training including:
Parkour Level 2 Boot Camps run on Tuesday and Thursday nights at 7:00 and on Saturdays at 1:00 PM. You must attend one class from each of the six weeks before joining our 'Advanced Parkour' classes. You may participate in all three classes each week. Spaces are limited, you must pre-register to be guaranteed a space. Parkour Boot Camps cost $250 for each six week Boot Camp session.
