A Primal Fitness workout is a scaleable method combining functional movements such as bodyweight exercises, Olympic Weightlifting, Rowing, basic gymnastic skills, and sprinting into a fun and challenging test of General Physical Preparedness, or GPP. By improving this overall preparedness, you will create a "ready state" from which any other specific goal can be easily obtained. Primal Fitness uses CrossFit methodology to create a unique, challenging, fun, and effective fitness regimen. Each class features personalized instruction, class sizes are limited to ensure you always get personalized instruction and review.
