11-30-08 Happy Birthday LeeAnn! - Parkour Birthday Party!

LeeAnn recently celebrated her (not telling) birthday at Primal with a Primal Parkour Party. It was a blast and already some of the people have signed up for the next Parkour Boot Camp! We're quite sure that there's something to this Parkour birthday party thing - keep an eye out for pics soon!

Free Workouts!

We're now offering two free workout sessions each week, the first is our free Friday evening workouts for everybody in the neighborhood running from 4:00-4:45PM, and the second is our bring a friend free Saturday workouts during the 10am Parkour and the 2PM Crossfit classes.
