Tightness in your back? Inflexible shoulders or hips holding back your lifting? Primal wants to help you become the best athlete you can be, and flexibility is an essential component of fitness. With this in mind we are offering 20-minute Yoga stretching sessions at 6:30 Monday through Thursday. Come before the 7 p.m. Crossfit or Parkour class, or stay after the 5 p.m. Crossfit WOD. The sessions will be led by Aly or Jessica in the upstairs studio, and will be coordinated with the WOD to take advantage of the Crossfit programming and enhance your performance.
The first few sessions (December 2-10) are free, so you can give it a try, and we can gauge interest at the gym.
