 Have you been interested in trying out the fun and effective Crossfit workouts at Primal, but have been waiting for an introductory session to try out your chops? Do you want to experience the best workout in DC in a comfortable and enjoyable beginners environment? Our Crossfit Intro Seminar is just what you've been looking for!

Come and get introduced to the basics behind Primal Fitness' Crossfit group classes in a beginner friendly intro class. Our next session is this next Sunday, 11-22-09 from 10am-12pm. We will cover the basics of our Crossfit group classes, from foundational movements, scaling intensity for all ability levels, general nutrition and effective workout frequency all in a small, beginners only class just for you.

Free Workouts!

We're now offering two free workout sessions each week, the first is our free Friday evening workouts for everybody in the neighborhood running from 4:00-4:45PM, and the second is our bring a friend free Saturday workouts during the 10am Parkour and the 2PM Crossfit classes.
